That way when our agents reach you we have everything we need to assess the job entirely and accurately.

If a tape measure is not available, you can also measure the area of the room using your own two feet.
Another way to save you time, is just a rough estimate based on the historical records of the property, whether you do your due diligence on Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com etc.
You can also use the measuring app on your IOS/Android device and add another 10-20ft roughly around the room.
